Delays to seed deliveries into GB from mainland EU
During a recent TGA Technical committee the topic of significant and costly delays to seed deliveries from mainland EU into GB was raised by several committee members. This situation also being compounded by often late publication of seasonal programs by supermarkets.
The TGA are now collecting data to help inform our discussions with Defra regarding a resolution to this important matter which, of course, has significant financial implications for growers.
